🥗 Ingredients

For Boiled Kala Chana

  • ½ cup soaked kala chana
  • 1½ cups water
  • ½ tsp rock salt

For Green Chutney (Sugar-Free)

  • ¼ cup coriander
  • 2 tbsp mint leaves
  • ½ green chilli
  • ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Pinch black salt
  • Little water for blending

❌ Avoid dates & jaggery for diabetic patients.

Other Ingredients

  • ½ cup cucumber
  • ½ cup tomato
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • ¼ cup pomegranate (optional, small quantity)
  • Fresh coriander

❌ Avoid boiled potato.

👩‍🍳 Method

  • Soak kala chana overnight.
  • Pressure cook 7–8 whistles until soft.
  • Drain and cool.
  • Blend chutney ingredients.
  • Mix chana, vegetables, peanuts.
  • Add chutney and mix well.
  • Garnish and serve fresh.
