This Pure Satvic Healing Salad is one of my favorite cleansing recipes. It is simple, fresh, full of prana (life energy), and deeply nourishing for the gut. When we eat foods in their most natural form, the body heals gently and naturally.
🥒 Ingredients
🌿 Salad Base
- 2 small cucumbers, finely chopped
- 2 carrots, grated
- 2 small tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small green capsicum, finely chopped
- 2 large slices fresh coconut, grated
- 1 cup coriander leaves, chopped
🌱 For Extra Nourishment (Optional)
- ½ cup fresh sprouts (moong or mixed sprouts)
🥄 Method
- Rinse and drain sprouts well if using.
- Add all chopped vegetables into a large mixing bowl.
- Add grated coconut and coriander leaves.
- Mix gently using clean hands or a wooden spoon.
- Serve immediately to preserve freshness and enzymes.
