🧂 Ingredients (100 Gram Batch)

Ajwain powder 25 g Vamu
Jeera powder 25 g Jeelakarra
Saunf powder 25 g Sopu
Black salt 20 g Kala Namak
Hing 5 g Inguva

🥣 Preparation Method

  1. Lightly dry roast ajwain, jeera, and saunf on low flame.
  2. Allow them to cool completely.
  3. Grind into a fine powder.
  4. Add black salt and hing.
  5. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Store in an airtight glass container.
