  • 3 cups chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (tightly packed)
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves (tightly packed)
  • 2 cups chopped apple
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

  1. Juice cucumber, spinach, mint, apple, and ginger.
  2. Add fresh lemon juice at the end.
